The Inaugural NTD Global Chinese Beauty Pageant is another effort of NTD in reviving traditional values. The mission of this beauty pageant is to promote the traditional aesthetic character of Chinese women and bring back pure authenticity, pure goodness, and pure beauty. In addition to external beauty, this pageant places emphasis on inner qualities such as Morality, Righteousness, Propriety, Benevolence, Faithfulness. The social impact of this pageant would be far-reaching, and our endeavor would assuredly contribute to the restoration of traditional aesthetic standards toward women in general.
